cooked brown rice




Ingredient
2 cup brown rice
2 cup water
1 drop olive oil

Direction
1. Wash rice with water. Repeat 3~4 time. Leave for 30minutes in the water.Drain the water
2. Put brown rice, water , olive oil in the pot. Boil with high heat until  simmer.
3. Reduce to low heat. Keep low heat until dry surface. 
4. Stirring. Keep low heat for 5minutes
6. Boil with High heat for 30sec~1minutes.

Comment
Basic of Korean food. Brown rice is healthy ingredient than white rice.
