Ingredient
7 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoon instant dry yeast
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
3 3/4 cups lukewarm water
Directions
1. Mix whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, gluten in the big plastic bowl (ingredient more then three times size)
2. Add water and mix by spoon or hand or machine. (I used a spoon and hand)
3. keep at room temperature covered plastic lap for 2 hours (not airtight)
