Asparagus Salad

Ingredient
7 stick asparagus, boiled
5 ea peanut. crushed
1 ea yellow capsicum, chopped.
2 ea garlic. sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper

Direction
1. Boil the asparagus for 1minutes in hot water. Cut half.
2. Heat the olive oil in the saucepan add garlic,yellow capsicum. Stir for 5minutes .Add peanut,salt,black. Stir for 2minutes.
3.Serve asparagus in the plate then top with yellow pepper stir-fried.
