Seaweed seasoned

Ingredient
10 seaweed, roast
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2/3 tablespoon fish sauce (sand eel)
1 teaspoon sesame
2 tablespoon green onion. chopped

Directions
1. Tear seaweed into the big bowl. Add sesame oil and stir.
2. Add fish sauce(sand eel) and stir. Add sesame, green onion and stir.

Comment
Put ingredient in order to give you delicious.
Look like a little spice but spice is right.
Stir well^^
Serving together brown rice.

Vegetables Bibimbob

Ingredient
1/4 onion, chop, dip in the cold water for 20 minutes
3 stick aspargus, boil for 3sec, refresh in cold water
1 cup cabbage, slice
1 cup brown rice cooked
2 tablespoon Korean hot pepper paste (at Korea store)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions
1. Mix Korean hot pepper paste, sugar, vinegar, sesame, sesame oil in the small bowl.
2. Put up cabbage, onion, mix sauce, asparagus on the brown rice.

Comment
I want so fresh food that I made it. 
Put more sugar if too much spicy.
It takes almost 20miniutes that you prepare others after dipping onions in water.

Potato soup

Ingredient
2 potato, boiled (by micro-wave for 6minutes)
2 cup brown rice, cooked (recipe)
2 cup water
15 been, boiled(slightly), chopped
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions
1. Mix potato, brown rice,1 1/2cup water.
2. Put in the sauce pan whit 1/2cup water. Heat low to stir.
3. Heat olive oil in the pan add been,soy sauce.Stir-fries for 5minutes.
4. Put a soup in the warm bowl and lay beens on it.

cooked brown rice




Ingredient
2 cup brown rice
2 cup water
1 drop olive oil

Direction
1. Wash rice with water. Repeat 3~4 time. Leave for 30minutes in the water.Drain the water
2. Put brown rice, water , olive oil in the pot. Boil with high heat until  simmer.
3. Reduce to low heat. Keep low heat until dry surface. 
4. Stirring. Keep low heat for 5minutes
6. Boil with High heat for 30sec~1minutes.

Comment
Basic of Korean food. Brown rice is healthy ingredient than white rice.

Vegetable mayonnaise

Ingredient
1/4 tofu
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablesoopn Peanut
2 walnut
Salt a little bit
Vinegar a little bit

Direction
1. Boil the tofu for 3 minutes.
2. put the tofu,olive oil, peanut,walnut,salt,vinegar in the mixer.Mix

Comment
This is small quantities because Keeps short time.Keeps for 3day in a refrigerator.

Asparagus soup

Ingredient
Asparagus 10 stick
Cooked brown rice 3 laup ( =woman's 3 handful)
Salt 1 teaspoon
Tomato 1ea

Directions
1. Boil asparagus for 20sec and put in cold water.
2. Put cooked brown rice 3 laup, Asparagus 10 stick,water 1cup in the mixer. mix.
3. Put the salt.Low heat around 10~15minutes.(Until Just warm).Add more water if the soup is heavy.

Comment
This is  healthy food. Good tasty.

Tomato fried rice

Ingredient
1ea carrot, chopped
4ea button mushroom,slight
1 handful black been, boil
1ea tomato,slight
4 handful brown rice (woman's hand) http://minicook.tistory.com/595
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon olive oil
Parsley

Direction
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan add button mushroom,carrot,black been.Stir for 5minutes. Add tomato and stir.
2. Add brown rice. Stirring. Season to taste with salt.
3. Serve a warm plate sprinkle with parsley.

Comment
I like a tomato.

Vegetable fried rice

Ingredient
1ea potato, chopped
1ea carrot, chopped
1 handful cabbage, sliced
1/4 ea onion, sliced
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame

Direction
1. Heat the olive oil in the pan,put the potato.Stirring.Almost cooked potato Add carrot,cabbage,onion             almost.Stirring.
2. Add brown rice, salt. Stirring
3.Serve on the warm plate, sprinkle with sesame.

Black been soup over the vegetables fried.

Ingredient
1/2ea carrot. chopped
1/4ea squash, chopped
3ea botton mushroom, chopped
1 tablespoon welsh onion, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup black been water (boil black been,water)
1 cup black been, boiled
3 cup brown rice, cooked

Direction
1. Put brown rice,black been,water in the blander.Mix.Put in the pot low heat.(Until just warm)
2. Heat the olive oil in the pan put carrot,squash,botton mushroom.Stirring.Almost vegetables cooked add welsh onion. Season to taste with soy sauce.
3. Serve suop in the warm bowl then top with vegetables fried.

Healthy food. Good tasty.

Asparagus Salad

Ingredient
7 stick asparagus, boiled
5 ea peanut. crushed
1 ea yellow capsicum, chopped.
2 ea garlic. sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper

Direction
1. Boil the asparagus for 1minutes in hot water. Cut half.
2. Heat the olive oil in the saucepan add garlic,yellow capsicum. Stir for 5minutes .Add peanut,salt,black. Stir for 2minutes.
3.Serve asparagus in the plate then top with yellow pepper stir-fried.
